HISTORY A brief history…………. Richard Palmer, a co-founding
member of the sister company Palmer Development Group (in 1990), created PDC
in 1999 in order to follow his interests in energy, education and
development. PDC aimed a becoming a
small professional consulting firm with a collegiate atmosphere; offering
cutting-edge consulting and research services in the Domestic Energy and
School Education sectors, in a relaxed yet formal environment, focusing on
relevant, cost-effective services to clients rather than pure profit. Marlett Wentzel, an energy and gender expert joined
Richard in 2000, adding much-needed capacity and expertise. Erica Roberts subsequently joined the team
making PDC 3 professionals strong and with 3 support staff. The group work from offices in Randburg and
